this year things got a little out of hand with the ridd kids:
1st faith had her very first halloween party with miss dianne, she bobbed for apples, sang, trick or treated & passed out candy to other treater's...
2nd we had a small get-together (it was planned for a big party, but, I wasn't up to it with everything going on, so, my close friends & family brought the chili, & i made the cupcakes!)
the kids colored, ate, played dress up, listened to music, watched the wizard of oz and trick or treated in the house. i was so lucky to have my dear friend sachia be in town visiting her friend megan (& my new neighbor) come to the get together.
and
if it hadn't been for summer who i lovingly threw an apron on 2 hours before showtime, i might have melted right along with the wicked witch of the west...!
right before everyone came, frell ran downstairs in this pink church dress exclaiming, "i'm glenda the good witch mommy!" i laughed and went with it.
