64. the algarve... some of my fondest traveling memories were in portugal: dirt poor, backpacking, marinated olives, 5 course meals for $3, nude (optional) beaches, dancing, cobblestone, madonna, fields of gold, warm rolls & hot chocolate, sparkling water, fishing, blazing sun, coarse sand, live music, strawberry crepes, rock formations, learning to drive a stick-shift, $15 suites, fruit stands, having my camera stolen, the squashclub at praia da rocha, trading peanut butter for vegemite, hair dye/cuts, white washed buildings & virgin sangria.

awwwww.
when are we going? my birthday is coming up.
Billy and I spent two blissful weeks in the Algarve....traveling before we started a family. It was soo lovely and seems like forever ago. Thanks for the reminder of how amazing Portugal is!! Hope you are well!
i stayed at the squash apartments years ago and would eat chocolate croissants and coffee at the columbia apartments next door. in the evening we would eat piri piri chicken washed down with sangria at the barbeque place near the beach. It was such fun but seems like an eternity ago
