yellowstone park the girls were a little aprehensive about this park with no rides or slides, but, they got the hang of it and loved finding all the animalsthis old guy was so close to us, (we stayed in the car of course) i could have touched himevery time i go to yellowstone, i just want to see a bear, one bear, that's all. anthony has tons of bear stories from alaska, i just want one... but, hillary & jake (in the car right in front of us) not only saw a bear dive into the river, the same wet bear also walked right in front of their car (i was busy seeing a man about a horse)...she was so excited/nervous that she missed the shot...we spent the next hour looking for the bear, just one little glimpse was all i wanted, but to no avail...oh well, there's always next yearone thing that always takes my breath away is a waterfallexploring the great outdoorsmammoth hot springsfrelly found the one puddle in the whole parking lot, of coursei love this look on frelly's face because she had just seen a moose and was really excitedwe drove thru till it was dark (between 9 & 10) and stopped at Mooseberry's for some good old-fashioned huckleberry icecream & milkshakes
